We Are an Online-Only Virtual Company

Toronto's Leading Agency for Background Extras in the Entertainment Scene

🔑 First Rule: Your Photos Matter More Than Anything

Your photos are how casting directors decide who to book. If they can’t clearly see you — they won’t pick you.

✅ DO:

  • Upload unfiltered, clear photos that show your face and body.

  • Use natural lighting (stand near a window or go outside).

  • Make sure photos are not blurry and your face is fully visible.

  • Include:

    • Headshot (face only)

    • Shoulders-up shot

    • Waist-up shot

    • Full body photo

  • Keep your background clean and simple (plain wall is perfect).

  • Take multiple shots — even a friend with a smartphone can help.

❌ DON’T:

  • Use sunglasses, hats, props, or filters.
(If you want to show a range, that’s fine — but make sure you already have all the basic photos inside your profile.)

  • Submit photos that are too far away, dark, blurry, or with other people or pets (unless requested).

  • Upload photos that don’t look like you anymore (e.g., old hairstyle, different weight, major appearance change).

Your photos should look like how you’ll appear on set — clean, professional, and real.

🔁 Keep Photos Updated

You’ll be asked to upload fresh photos every time you work, and any time your look changes. This helps us get you booked again — and ensures casting knows exactly who they’re hiring.

📏 Accurate Sizes — Required for All Talent

Many roles are fit-to-size. If your sizes are missing or incorrect, you risk being sent home without pay — and this affects the agency’s reputation. Please be accurate and use INCHES only (no cm).

👕 Male Performers — Please Provide:

  • Height (feet + inches)

  • Weight (lbs)

  • Jacket size (e.g., 38, 40, 42 etc… Regular or Tall)

  • Waist (in inches)

  • Inseam (in inches) (this is the length of your pants)

  • Neck (e.g., 16, 16.5) (usually found inside the neck of a dress shirt)

  • Sleeve length (e.g., 32/33, 34/35) (often the second number on your dress shirt after neck size)

  • Shoe size (US/CAD)

👚 Female Performers — Please Provide:

  • Height (feet + inches)

  • Weight (lbs)

  • Bust (in inches) (e.g., 32, 34, 36 A B C)

  • Waist (in inches)

  • Hips (in inches)

  • Dress size (numeric — e.g., 4, 6, 10)

  • Shoe size (US/CAD)

📝 Why This Is Important:

  • Wardrobe selects people based on exact measurements.

  • Wrong sizes = costume doesn’t fit = you could be sent home without pay.

  • This directly impacts your ability to get booked again.

Please keep your sizes up to date at all times, especially if your body changes.
We rely on this information to match you to the right jobs!

💬 Why This Is So Important

We’ve had casting directors tell us directly: poor-quality photos and incorrect sizes are costing people work.

This is your first impression in film and television. Take the time now to do it right — it will make all the difference.

We’re here to help — but it’s up to you to upload the right materials.
