Did you work but have not received your payment?
If you are missing a cheque or payment for completed work, please follow the steps below.
Do not wait. Production offices may close after a show wraps, and if an issue is not reported promptly, we may no longer be able to assist in recovering your payment.

STEP 1 — CONTACT ML TALENT AGENCY

Please include:
✓ Your full legal first and last name
✓ The date(s) you worked
✓ A clear photo or scan of your voucher or RABS slip
✓ Your current mailing address (including city and postal code)
✓ Your SIN (Social Insurance Number)
✓ Any working papers, if applicable
We need this information before we can follow up with production.
Missing information will delay your payment.

You are also encouraged to contact production directly, as they can often verify payment details faster.

PAYMENT TIMELINES
Cheques typically arrive within:
14 business days
(Weekends and holidays are not included.)
If more than 14 business days have passed, there may be an issue and you should follow up immediately.

COMMISSION / AGENCY FEE REMINDER
Agency fees are due once you receive payment for work booked through ML Talent Agency.
If required paperwork or agency fees remain outstanding, your profile may be made inactive and you will not receive further work opportunities until everything owing has been received and paid.
